Our brand new campus in Barry will offer learners top-class training facilities with the real-world learning environment that we’re renowned for.

Your Industry
The Hospitality and Catering sector in the Cardiff Capital Region currently employs over 56,500 people, with projected growth of 2.8% by 2030 (Lightcast 2025). To support this growth, the Welsh Government has introduced an action plan aimed at significantly expanding the industry, creating new jobs and enhancing opportunities across the sector.
Your Future
Most students choose to progress into industry, gaining employment as chef, pastry chef, baker, front of house or hospitality management. Our students have gone on to work at Michelin star restaurants and five-star locations across Wales, the UK and the world. Some students also choose to progress to Higher Education to further their study.
