Most students choose to progress into industry; gaining employment back-of house (e.g. as chefs, pastry chefs or bakers), or front of house. Our students have gone on to work at Michelin star restaurants and five star locations across Wales, the UK and the world. We even offer a Foundation Degree in Culinary Arts Management.
