CAVC computing students have an exceptional reputation for success at national skills competitions winning medals at the Skills Competition Wales and WorldSkills finals! All students get to put learning in practice, including exciting challenges, projects and live briefs set by employers – including cyber challenges or developing websites. All things that help you stand out from the crowd and progress.

Wales continues to experience the fastest-growing digital economy outside London, with Cardiff serving as a leading hub for fintech and digital innovation. The Cardiff Capital Region features a thriving digital cluster, with projections indicating an increase of 9,400 jobs by 2029, a third of which will be created in Cardiff.
