What you will study

This course is accredited by the British Computer Society (BCS). To achieve certification, learners must successfully complete a short multiple-choice examination, which can be taken remotely. Teaching is delivered online through Microsoft Teams, providing flexible access for learners regardless of location.

This course is designed to help individuals and organisations make more informed, evidence-based decisions. 

Learners will:

  • Develop an understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Explore a range of tools used for storing and analysing data.
  • Learn effective techniques for presenting data in meaningful ways. 

The award also examines how human intelligence and machine learning can work together to improve insights, efficiency, and decision-making processes.

Entry requirements

GCSE English at least a C grade.
