About our courses

New CIPD qualifications are being introduced in 2021. Based on the new Profession Map, the qualifications focus on the knowledge and behaviours required to create value and make an impact in the changing world of work.
The new qualifications set the standard for people professionals. We are planning to offer these from September 2021 (pending CIPD approval).

CIPD Level 3 - Certificate in People Practise

Leading to Foundation membership of CIPD - 24 Credits. Run over 1 academic year 2021/22 once a week face to face contact.

This is qualification is ideal for anyone embarking on a career in people practice, or for those already in a support role and looking to take the next step on the ladder.

Consisting of 4 units aligned to the core knowledge and behaviour standards of the CIPD Profession Map at Foundation Level.

CIPD Level 5 - Associate Diploma in People Management

Leading to Associate membership of CIPD. 42 credits. Run over 1 academic year 2021/22 once a week face to face contact

This qualification is for people professionals at an advisor or officer level or for those who enjoy developing and managing people. You’ll expand your knowledge of HR with a combination of core units and specialist areas.

Consisting of 7 units aligned to the core knowledge and behaviour standards of the CIPD Profession Map at Associate Level.

CIPD Level 5 - Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development

Leading to Associate Membership of CIPD. 42 Credits. Run over 1 academic year 2021/22 once a week face to face contact

This qualification is ideal for people professionals and for those who enjoy helping employees become the best they can be. You’ll expand your knowledge of L&D with a combination of core units and specialist areas and get an individual plan for your self-development.

Consisting of 7 Core units aligned to the core knowledge and behaviour standards of the CIPD Profession Map at Associate Level.

CIPD Level 7 - Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management

120 credits. Run over 1 academic year 2021/22 once a week face to face contact.

On successful completion of this qualification, individuals will receive Associate membership of CIPD, they will also have the eligibility to apply for Chartered Membership based on specified criteria.

This qualification is ideal for people professionals who wish to develop their personal effectiveness and business acumen. Learners will understand how to design and manage your own strategy, enhance people management skills – and learn how best to lead.

Advanced level builds on the Associate level qualifications.   


The course gives learners more breadth and depth of knowledge while developing skills application in a strategic context.  Consisting of 8 Behaviours are aligned to the Profession Map.
