CIPD Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management

This course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus every Thursday from 2.30pm – 7.30pm. Consisting of 8 units aligned to the core knowledge and behaviour standards of the CIPD Profession Map, this course gives learners more breadth and depth of knowledge while developing skills application in a strategic context:

• Work and working lives in a changing business environment 
• People management and development strategies for performance
• Personal effectiveness, ethics and business acumen
• Business research in people practise
• Strategic employee relations
• Resourcing and talent management to sustain success
• Strategic reward management 
• Advanced employment law in practise

Please note that the course cost does not cover CIPD Membership costs as it is a personal membership.

The course will be delivered through face-to-face, classroom-based learning every week.

To obtain this qualification, you will need to submit assignments for every unit.

Course Fee: £6,600.00

You are eligible for this course if:

• You are aged 19 or over - You are available to attend onsite classes on Thursday evenings
• You are currently employed in a Strategic People Management related role or on a development plan to move into this.

Alternative strategic business experience can also be considered if you have less direct HR experience. After applying, you will be asked to complete a Personal Statement Questionnaire and a Virtual Interview with the Course Tutor who will assess your suitability for this level of CIPD qualification against CIPD guidelines. If suitable, you will be awarded with an offer post-interview. Please note that course costs must be processed upon enrolment.
