As a qualified lecturer in the post-compulsory sector you could earn between £23,546 - £35,551. The above rates are recommended by the University and College Union (UCU).

Successful completion of the PGCE PcET qualifies you to teach in post-compulsory education in your chosen subject. You could also progress to further study including MA Leadership and Management (PCET) or (FE), or other MA Education and linked pathways courses offered at the University of South Wales. The Education, Learning and Development Foundation Degree will help boost your career prospects and knowledge of best practice in the sector.
