What you will study

•       Legislation, theories and models of person/child-centred practice
•       Theoretical frameworks for leadership and management in health and social care

Teaching and assessment methods

The qualification is expected to take 14 months to complete and the qualification will be delivered through a mixture of online remote learning sessions and 1-to-1 sessions with an assessor.

The online sessions will take place once or twice a month and could be between one to three hours long. Assessments will take place with your ACT assessor or with a City and Guilds external assessor.
