NEBOSH National General Certificate (PLA)

There are two units:

• NG1   Management of Health and Safety 
• NG2  Risk Assessment
  
  

Assessment 

• NG1 is examined via an online Open Book Exam – written exam.
• NG2 is via a practical risk assessment
• Both Assessments are marked by NEBOSH
  
  

Once both units of the NEBOSH Certificate have been passed, delegates are eligible to join IOSH and/or the Institute of Risk and Safety Management at the following grades:

• Tech IOSH: Technical member of IOSH; and
• AIIRSM: Associate of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.  

• The College welcomes contact with parents/guardians of students who are under 18.
• Additional support is available for students with learning difficulties and disabilities.
