The ILM Level 3 Award is a nationally recognised qualification that has been designed for practising Team Leaders, Supervisors and First-line Managers who are seeking to move up to their next level of management.
This interactive session will use a mix of theoretical insights and practical exercise to explore the nature of leadership styles and impact of leadership behaviors within the workplace, understanding the importance of clear and effective communication, strategies to motivate and engage team members and techniques to build a high-performing team.

To gain your ILM Level 3 Award qualification, you will be required to attend 3x mandatory face-to-face day classes, 1x online Tutorial Day and Self-study to write 2x Unit Assignments (approx. 1200 words per assignment) to set deadlines.
Tutorial to be scheduled directly between you and your ILM Tutor once the course has commenced.
