ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management

 To successfully achieve your ILM Level 5 Award, you will be required to attend 5 mandatory workshops onsite at our City Centre Campus and 2 tutorial sessions with your tutor. 

Workshop 1: Wednesday 28th April 2027, 9.30-4pm 
Workshop 2: Thursday 29th April 2027, 9.30-4pm 
Workshop 3: Wednesday 26th May 2027, 9.30-4pm 
Workshop 4: Thursday 27th May 2027, 9.30-4pm  
Workshop 5: Wednesday 30th June 2027, 9.30-4pm 

Modules 
You will gain a deep understanding of leadership theory and styles, stronger communication and emotional intelligence skills, insight into linking strategy with real-world team delivery and the tools to develop and lead high-performing teams that meet organisation goals. Modules covered: 

Unit 522: Become an Effective Leader 
Unit 507: Understanding the Organisational Environment 
 
Assessment 
This qualification consists of two leadership modules, each with a comprehensive written assignment. Self-study time is essential to help you complete your assignments and prepare for your assessment – so be sure to plan your schedule accordingly.   

You will receive full support throughout, with guidance from your dedicated ILM tutor via email, Microsoft TEAMS, phone and during your tutorial days. 

Once you have successfully passed both modules, you will be awarded your ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership Management Certificate, along with a digital credential badge to share and celebrate your achievement online.

Course Fee: £1,050.00

You are eligible for this course if you:

• are aged 19 or over • are not in full time education
• can attend all workshop dates • ideally hold a A*- C in GCSE English or equivalent or higher (due to the academic nature of the assessment)
• are currently working in a Leadership and Management role, or have experience working in a Leadership and Management role

• The College welcomes contact with parents/guardians of students who are under 18.
