The course places strong emphasis on practical competence, consultation skills, anatomy and physiology and safe effective treatments to clients. Units covered: Body massage, facial and body electrotherapy, microdermabrasion, hot stone massage, tanning and lash extension.

Assessment methods include assignments, unit exams, and practical demonstrations. All learners attend late-night and rotaed Saturday commercial sessions part of their work-related education. Essential skills is a compulsory part of their study

Salon Fees: £30.00

A full Level 2 Beauty Therapy qualification - Certification evidence required. Successful achievement in relevant Level 2 Diploma (Beauty). Interview and satisfactory reference from Course Tutor indicating good behaviour, satisfactory attendance and progress. Prior Learning and work experience will also be considered.
