Our Administration course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to develop an interesting and rewarding career in administration.
Studying at our City Centre campus in Cardiff, learners will gain the necessary skills required to tackle a wide range of administration duties with confidence.

You will be taught using a mixture of short lectures, working with other students in pairs and groups, demonstrations and practical work to help you develop good analytical and supervisory skills.
5 GCSEs Grades A* - C including English Language and Maths or a relevant Level 2 qualification. Mature students without GCSEs will be considered if they have relevant work experience in administration or customer service.
Continuous assignments, practical assessments and online tests.
Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration or employment.
