The NALP Level 3 Certificate in Paralegal Practice is designed for those looking to become a paralegal.
This course is also suitable for those who already have some paralegal experience who are looking to further progress their career in the legal sector.
The Certificate provides a broad spectrum of knowledge of Paralegal practice including a detailed knowledge of the legal system in England and Wales and the general legal principles of Contract Law.
You will study the law-making process, court structure, roles of key legal personnel and methods of dispute resolution. In addition, you will learn about the paralegal’s responsibilities in relation to client care by developing a deep understanding of methods of appropriate professional conduct and becoming ready to apply client care to any given situation.
