What you will study

Learners will familiarise themselves with the core principles of excellence in customer service using the universally accepted six pillars:

  • Integrity

  • Personalisation

  • Time and Effort

  • Resolution 


These principles will be embedded throughout the day as we explore topics including; effective communication, problem solving, building relationships, handling difficult conversations and different personalities. 


We will also look at complaints management by applying the Service Recovery Paradox, empowering you to take on complaints with confidence.


By the end of the day, you will have gained a holistic understanding of what it takes to be a customer service superstar
