About the Course:
This Team Leading Level 2 qualification is suitable for individual who is in a supervisory position within their current job role. You will need to demonstrate that you have a detailed understanding of the procedures and tasks undertaken within your area of operations and will need to demonstrate that you are responsible for leading a team, helping the group to achieve objectives and develop performance.

The aim of the Level 3 Management apprenticeship is to develop the core skills and transferable knowledge required to progress to a successful career in management across a broad range of industries.
