Foundation Apprenticeship in Team Leading

Level(s): Level 2

Duration: 15 months

Location: Work Based

About the Course:

This Team Leading Level 2 qualification is suitable for individual who is in a supervisory position within their current job role. You will need to demonstrate that you have a detailed understanding of the procedures and tasks undertaken within your area of operations and will need to demonstrate that you are responsible for leading a team, helping the group to achieve objectives and develop performance.

ILM Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading
*City and Guilds Essential Skills Wales in Application of Number Level 1
*City and GuildsEssential Skills Wales in Communication Level 1
*City and Guilds Essential Skills Wales in Digital Literacy Level 1

Applicable if proxies are not available

Entry Requirements:

Aged 16-24; or Aged 25+ and within 12 months of commencing job role.
Good level of Numeracy, Literacy and Digital Literacy
Learners who do not have GCSE D-G in Maths and English Language or Welsh First Language will complete Essential Skills Wales qualifications at Level 1

Important Points:

Graduates are not eligible for this apprenticeship
You must be: Employed for 16 hours or more each week in a suitable role
You must be: Living in Wales or Working 51% of your contract in Wales
You must be: Aged 16 or over

Apprenticeship in Management

Level(s): Level 3

Duration: 17 months

Location: Work Based

About the Course:

The aim of the Level 3 Management apprenticeship is to develop the core skills and transferable knowledge required to progress to a successful career in management across a broad range of industries. Providing skills in the leadership and management of a small team; setting objectives, allocating work, managing performance and facilitating change
