The Apprenticeship in Human Resource Management is suitable for any individual embarking on a career in Human Resources or Learning & Development. It is also suitable for those already in a support role and looking to take the next step on the career ladder.

Aged 18 or over
Ideally currently working in, or have experience in a HR related role
Employed for 16 hours or more each week in a suitable role.
Living in Wales or Working 51% of your contract in Wales
High standard of Numeracy, Literacy and Digital Literacy
Learners who do not have GCSE A*-C in Maths and English Language or Welsh First Language will complete Essential Skills Wales qualifications at Level 2

The Higher Apprenticeship in Human Resource Management is aimed at further expanding apprentices’ independent practice to enable them to evolve into more senior roles within organisations as people professionals. The apprenticeship is designed to develop high-performing human resource professionals who understand how to use HR practices to meet organisational needs and add value to the business.
