About the Course:
The Business Administration Foundation Apprenticeship will help to develop and improve the practical skills of apprentices as well as their team working skills. The apprenticeship is aimed at individuals who work in administrative support roles requiring some supervision but also with scope of working with autonomy.

• Essential Skills Wales in Application of Number Level 1
• Essential Skills Wales in Communication Level 1
• Essential Skills Wales in Digital Literacy Level 1

Entry Requirements:
Aged 16–24, or aged 25+ and within 12 months of commencing job role
Good level of Numeracy, Literacy and Digital Literacy
Learners without GCSE D–G in Maths and English Language or Welsh First Language will complete Essential Skills Wales qualifications at Level 1
Important Points:
Graduates are not eligible for this apprenticeship
You must be: Employed for 16 hours or more each week in a suitable role
You must be: Living in Wales or Working 51% of your contract in Wales
You must be: Aged 16 or over

About the Course:
The Business Administration Apprenticeship will equip apprentices with a broad range of administrative skills such as information management, event co-ordination, systems analysis, and project management. It is aimed at individuals who work in an office environment and have roles with a degree of autonomy. The Level 3 Diploma is designed for individuals who may already achieved the level 2 qualification and /or are looking to further improve their administrative and supervisory skills.
