Our Transition and Review Officers provide support for learners with an Individual Development Plan (IDP) to manage the transition from school to college. We will work closely with you, your parents/guardians, school and any external agencies to help ensure that your transition to college goes smoothly. This may include the college attending your school based person-centred annual review meeting, arranging visits to campus, supporting you at experience days or an interview and invitations to transition coffee mornings.
