CF10, the organisation that provides Cardiff and Vale College’s coffee shops, canteens, shops, Subway and venue hire, has gained recognition in the UK Best Companies to Work For list.
These high profile awards involve banks, premiership football clubs, hotels and companies of sectors and sizes gaining a place on a list as one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work For. It recognises a company's commitment to its employees and demonstrates that workplace engagement is a vital part of that organisation’s success.
The CF10 team took part for the first time and gained three placings:
• Number 25 in Best Small Company to Work For in Wales
• Number 17 in Best UK Leisure & Hospitality Company to Work For
• Number 63 in Best UK Small Company to Work For
