Kick start a new term at Cardiff and Vale College and get involved at our annual Freshers Fayre!
The first of two events, this fayre will take place at Cardiff Campus on Dumballs Road on Tuesday 10th September. The event showcases a variety of stalls from charities to private organisations, educational institutes and activity based groups.
This is a great chance to find out all that's on offer as a student at Cardiff and Vale College, and sign up to a new sports team, volunteer to do some charitable work, or just pick up a freebie or two! We always have a fantastic range of companies exhibiting at the fayres, and will ensure there's some fun games and new experiences to take part in too, such as our VR walk-the-plank experience, or a climbing wall managed by Cardiff's brilliant climbing facility, Boulders. Best of all, it's all on offer to you free of charge!
If you're an organisation looking to exhibit at this fayre, please contact events@cavc.ac.uk. The fayre attracts over 3000 students across our Barry and Cardiff dates, and is an excellent opportunity to market your organisation to your target market face-to-face!
Internal note: Time slots will be communicated to heads of department ahead of each event, and we strongly advise that you attend with your course group. Travel will be provided for students who are not based at Cardiff & Barry campuses. Please be aware that there will be limited access to the Atrium, Cardiff and Vale College, Dumballs Road from 08:00 until 18:00 on 10th September.
