Enrol at CAVC

If you have an Unconditional Offer (not waiting for exam results)

We’ve sent you an email to enrol. You can enrol online (using the link in the email) or by visiting our Barry Campus or City Centre Campus Monday – Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm. You must do this as soon as possible and by 12noon on Tuesday 29th August, to secure your place at College. 

Can’t enrol by then but want to secure your place? Contact us on 02920 250 250 or studentservices@cavc.ac.uk to hold your space.

Can’t find your email? Make sure you’ve checked the email address you gave us when you applied. And don’t forget to check your junk folder. Still can’t find it? Contact us on studentservices@cavc.ac.uk to let us know. 

Tips for enrolling online

Go to the email we’ve sent you and click the link to enrol. You’ll need to log-in using the same details you used to apply/ enrol before. 
Once in, click through the screens to check your details and fill in any gaps. You’ll be asked to review your details at the end before clicking “submit.” We will then be in touch soon by email to confirm your enrolment.

Forgotten your password? You can reset it by selecting “forgot password”. You’ll receive an email to reset your password.

If you have a Conditional Offer (waiting for exam results to confirm your place)

We’ve sent you an email with an appointment time to come to college and enrol. Your appointment will be on either Thursday 24th or Friday 25th August 2023.

Come to your appointment to chat with your teachers, show your exam results and enrol onto the right course for you. Don’t forget to bring a copy of your exam results with you. And don’t worry if you don’t have the grades you expected – come to your appointment. We can check your results and make sure you enrol onto the right course for you.

Can’t make your appointment but want to secure your place? If you can’t make your appointment, come to the college campus you’ve been invited to at an alternative time on Thursday 24th 9.00am-7.00pm or Friday 25th August 9.00am – 4.00pm. Can’t attend on one of these days? Contact us by 12noon Tuesday 29th August on 02920 250 250 or studentservices@cavc.ac.uk to hold your space.
