The course will include elements to help you develop your skills in creating music, creating videos and playing live instruments.
You’ll also gain experience in sound engineering, DJing, drone piloting, vocal recording, mixing and mastering and music marketing. Learners on this course will be able to improve their essential skills of Maths, English and Communication skills, alongside learning how to create music and videos and release them via distribution networks and advertise them on social media platforms.
The course runs 2 days per week and then moves to 4 days per week for 17 weeks.

Applicants must be between the ages of 16-25. EMA, WGLG and FCF funding is available and access to apply to the Princes Trust Development Award Scheme to apply for an equipment grant of up to £250. Learners will have the opportunity to gain a BTEC Level 1 qualification, which will give them access to study any Level 2 course at CAVC in the next academic year.
