To gain your ILM Level 2 Award qualification, you will be required to attend 2 mandatory workshops and 1 online tutorial with your tutor.
Modules
This qualification consists of two core leadership modules, each supported by a flexible assessment approach to suit your learning styles.
Unit 250: Developing Yourself as a Team Leader
Unit 252: Planning and Monitoring Work
Assessment
For each module you will complete either a written assignment, an oral or digital presentation, or an oral question and answer assessment.
You will receive guidance and ongoing support from your ILM tutor throughout your course, including during your tutorial session as well as via email, TEAMS and phone. Self-study time is essential to help you complete your assignments and prepare for your assessment – so be sure to plan your schedule accordingly.
Once you have successfully passed both modules, you will be awarded your ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills Certificate, along with a digital credential badge to share and celebrate your achievement.
