ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management

To gain your ILM Level 3 Award qualification, you will be required to attend 2 mandatory face-to-face classroom onsite at our City Centre Campus and 2 tutorials with your tutor.  
Workshop 1: Thursday 11th March 2027, 9.30-4pm 
Workshop 2: Thursday 15th April 2027, 9.30-4pm 
Workshop 3: Thursday 20th May 2027, 9.30-4pm 

Modules 
This qualification consists of two core leadership modules, each supported by a flexible assessment approach to suit your learning styles. 

Unit 308: Understanding Leadership 
Unit 334: Understanding and developing relationships in the workplace 
 
Assessment 
For each module you will complete either a written assignment, an oral or digital presentation or oral question and answer assessment.  

You will receive guidance and ongoing support from your ILM tutor throughout your course, including during your tutorial session as well as via email, TEAMS and phone.  Self-study time is essential to help you complete your assignments and prepare for your assessment – so be sure to plan your schedule accordingly. 

Once you have successfully passed both modules, you will be awarded your ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management Certificate, along with a digital credential badge to share and celebrate your achievement.
