The ILM Level 3 Award is a nationally recognised qualification that has been designed for team leaders and first-line managers or those who wish to have a coaching role in their organisation. Learners develop their coaching knowledge, skills and understanding to enhance their ability and confidence in coaching.
This course will support learners to develop an understanding of how to identify how coaching works and develop knowledge of creating a coaching culture within an organisation to improve organisational performance. Learners will have the opportunity to practice their coaching skills, using recognised coaching models and techniques to improve and develop their coaching practice.

To gain your ILM Level 3 Award qualification, you will be required to attend 3x mandatory face-to-face day classes. To gain the qualification, you will need to submit 5x Unit Assignments; a theoretical assignment (approx. 3500 words), a coaching diary (evidence of 6 hours’ worth of coaching within an organisation), and a reflective assignment (approx. 1500 words).
