Level 4 Preparing for Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care qualification consists of the following three units:

• Legislation, theories and models of person/child-centred practice
• Theoretical frameworks for leadership and management in health and social care
• Leadership and management of effective team performance in health and social care services

Learners must have successfully completed Level 3 Health and Social Care: Practice (Adults or Children and Young People) or the Advanced GCE in Health and Social Care and Childcare.
