Unlock the benefits of creativity with our 10-week Art for Wellbeing course. This structured programme introduces accessible techniques—drawing, painting, clay work, jewellery making, and surface design—while promoting mindfulness and stress relief. Designed for beginners, each session builds confidence and creative resilience, aligning with Level 1 UAL Art & Design skills. Enjoy expert guidance in a supportive environment, develop practical art skills, and create unique handmade pieces. No prior experience required—just curiosity and a desire to explore. Invest in your wellbeing through art and leave with both creative confidence and a renewed sense of calm.

What you will study

You’ll explore mark-making, colour and emotion, tactile clay work, simple jewellery design, and mixed-media techniques. The course culminates in a personal project, allowing you to create unique handmade pieces while developing creative resilience and a renewed sense of wellbeing.
