ILM Level 3 Award The Performance Manager

Part-time enrolment fee: £40.00

Course Fee: £725.00

To gain your ILM Level 3 Award qualification, you will be required to attend 2x mandatory face-to-face classes, 1x online tutorial day and self-study to write 2x Unit Assignments (approx. 1200 words per assignment) to set deadlines. 

• Day 1: 21st January 2025
• Day 2: 25th February 2025
• Day 3: 25th March 2025

Tutorial to be scheduled directly between you and your ILM Tutor once the course has commenced. 

Units Covered in this qualification: 

• Unit 323: Understanding Performance Management
• Unit 334: Understand and Developing Relationships in the Workplace

Once you have passed, you will receive a nationally recognised certificate and a digital accreditation badge.
