ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills

To gain your ILM Level 2 Award qualification, you will be required to attend 2x mandatory face-to-face day classes, 1x online Tutorial as well as conducting Self-study to write 2x Unit Assignments (approx. 1200 words per assignment) to set deadlines. 

• Day 1: 15th January 2025 
• Day 2: 19th February 2025

Tutorial to be scheduled directly between you and your ILM Tutor once the course has commenced. 

Units Covered in this qualification: 

• Unit 250: Developing Yourself as a Team Leader
• Unit 268: Leading Your Work Team 

Once you have passed, you will receive certification and a digital accreditation badge.

Part-time enrolment fee: £40.00

Exam Fee: £103.00

Course and Enrolment Fee payment to be made upon enrolment To be eligible for this qualification, you must: - be in employment in a Team member, Supervisor or Team Leader role or have relevant experience in one of these job roles (due to the reflective nature of the qualification assignments) - upload a minimum 100-word Personal Statement when submitting your application to outline your interest in obtaining this qualification - upload evidence of your highest qualification to date e.g. GCSE or Degree Certificate All applications, personal statements and qualification evidence will be assessed by our Course Tutors. The team will then be in touch to confirm your overall suitability for this level of ILM qualification. Please note that we cannot process applications without a Personal Statement!
