About this course

Are you looking to understand the psychological impact change can have on yourself and your team? This 1-day course will explore ways in which we can support each other within the workplace when change occurs.

What you will study

This course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus.


Accepting with the premise “it’s okay not to be okay with change” this session will explore the psychological impact of change on people in topics such as:

  • why we need to change

  • where change comes from

  • key models of change

  • managing reactions and behaviour responses to change

  • tips and techniques to support others through change

Course fee per year

Course Fee: £110.00

Part-time enrolment fee: £40.00

Entry requirements

Course Fees must be paid prior to enrolment. You Must:

  • Be able to attend the entire day
  • Be willing to participate in interactive activities

This course is ideal for anyone who is looking to start or progress their career in Management or a Team Member looking to support themselves and the wider team when changes occur.

After completing this course you can go on to complete the full 2-year Extended Diploma. Many students progress onto courses at university, others go directly into employment. CAVC offers a HNC in Sport Coaching which if competed successfully leads on to a top up at Cardiff Metropolitan University to complete the full degree course.
