To gain your ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoringqualification, you will be required to attend 8x mandatory face-to-face classes onsite at our City Centre campus on the dates below:

Units Covered in this qualification:
Unit 700: Understanding the Context of Coaching and Mentoring in a Strategic Business Environment
Unit 701: Undertaking Coaching or Mentoring at a Senior and Strategic Level
Unit 703: Reflecting on Your Own Ability to Perform Effectively as a Coach or Mentor Practising at a Senior Level
Assessment Options
This qualification consists of 3 modules, each with a comprehensive assignment consisting of; a written theory-based assignment, a portfolio of 20 hours of coaching within an organisation, and a reflective-based journal.
Self-study time is essential to help you complete your assignments and prepare for your assessment – so be sure to plan your schedule accordingly.
You will receive full support throughout, with guidance from your dedicated ILM tutor via email, Microsoft TEAMS, phone and during your tutorial days.
Once you have successfully passed both modules, you will be awarded your ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring, along with a digital credential badge to share and celebrate your achievement online.

To be eligible for this qualification, you are: Aged 19 or over. Can attend all onsite workshops. In employment in a Senior Management or HR/OD Professional role (due to the reflective nature of the qualification assignments). Upload a minimum 500-word Personal Statement when applying to outline your interest in obtaining this qualification. Upload evidence of your highest qualification to date e.g. GCSE or Degree Certificate. Please note that we cannot process applications without a Personal Statement, and you may be asked to evidence your employment status!
