About this course

Are you a recent graduate eager to dive into the exciting world of data analysis?
The Data Analytics in Business Bootcamp programme is designed for recent graduates to overcome skills-related barriers and secure employment in the Data Analytics sector.
Across these tailored sessions delivered by Iungo Solutions, you will develop skills in interpretation, analysis and communication using data. Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to attend workshops in employability, interviewing skills and networking to encourage employment or promotion after successful completion of the programme.

Delivery Schedule:
This is a part-time course intended for recent graduates and will run 4 days per week for 3 weeks between 9:30am and 4:30pm.

What you will study

Throughout the programme you will work towards a Level 3 Agored Cymru Qualification in Data Analysis, modules include:

  • Collaborating in a Digital Environment 
  • Statistics for Data Analytics 
  • Business Intelligence & Data Visualisation 
  • Introduction to Programming
  • Information Governance & Data Protection 
  • Future of Data in Business 

Alongside these modules there will be employability training which will include networking opportunities and one-to-one coaching.

Sessions will be delivered in a classroom and assessment is work based throughout the programme leading to a Level 3 Qualification in Data Analysis. There is also an online Power BI exam.

Entry requirements

This Bootcamp has been designed for university graduates and thus applicants must have graduated within the last 2 years to be considered for this course.

Graduates from all degree subjects will be considered for this Bootcamp, providing they are living or working in the Cardiff Capital Region. This includes Bridgend, Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Cardiff, Merthyr Tydfil, Monmouthshire, Newport, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Torfaen, and the Vale of Glamorgan.
