Collaboration is a key theme, with working with others, helping learners build teamwork and communication skills. Creativity and innovation are explored through researching and designing a product, creating a mood board, and branding a product, where learners bring business ideas to life visually. The course also emphasises digital fluency, with modules on using digital communication technologies and presenting a business idea, ensuring learners can confidently share their work in professional formats.

Work placements content
After completing this course you can go on to complete the full 2-year Extended Diploma. Many students progress onto courses at university, others go directly into employment. CAVC offers a HNC in Sport Coaching which if competed successfully leads on to a top up at Cardiff Metropolitan University to complete the full degree course.
