What you will study
This course is delivered onsite at our City Centre Campus.
Within a workplace setting, having a resilient workforce will have an impact on the culture of the organisation, where staff are able to adapt to change more effectively and develop a positive mindset. During this course, we will explore:

recognising your personal stress triggers and the impact of stress

strategies to mitigate stress in the future

creating a resilience action plan to make positive change moving forward

Course Fees must be paid prior to enrolment.
You Must:
• Be able to attend the entire day
• Be willing to participate in interactive activities

After completing this course you can go on to complete the full 2-year Extended Diploma. Many students progress onto courses at university, others go directly into employment. CAVC offers a HNC in Sport Coaching which if competed successfully leads on to a top up at Cardiff Metropolitan University to complete the full degree course.
