The Level 3 Foundation Diploma is studied in the first year and is made up of 6 units:

1. Personal and Business Finance
2. Recording Financial Transactions
3. Effective Management of Personal Debt
4. Exploring Business
5. Developing a Marketing Plan
6. Managing an Event

Successful completion of Year 1 will lead to a transfer to the Level 3 Extended Diploma in the second year and the study of a further 7 units including Investment Opportunities and Financial Planning, Insurance Principles and Policies and Cost and Management Accounting. In addition, students will study Skills for Business.

5 GCSEs Grades A* - C including English Language and Maths (or equivalent) or Business Level 2 qualification with Merit profile and GCSEs Grades A* - C in English Language and Maths (or equivalent). International students will require an IELTS score of 5.5 or above.
