Digital Skills for Adults EL2 - L1

About this course

The Digital Literacy course will help you develop a range of skills that enabling you to live, learn and work in our digital society. These skills can be used on a smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

You will:

demonstrate how to safely interact digitally
know what is meant by a digital footprint
be able to organise and store digital information
be able to select digital information
know how digital collaboration can be useful when carrying out a task
be able to create a multimedia digital resource
know how digital literacy can extend learning opportunities

The qualification is assessed via a controlled assessment. Learners will complete this whilst attending college, under supervised conditions.

Classes are available from Entry 1 to Level 2 and start in September, January and April.
