About this course

Mental Health First Aid is an important way of supporting employees and colleagues in their mental wellbeing. This training develops the skills to spot when others are experiencing poor mental health and the understanding of how to approach a conversation to provide appropriate support.

You will learn the framework of the Mental Health First Aid action plan, which will provide you with the confidence to support others and will build on your awareness of the varied mental health challenges that people may experience.
