The assessment criteria includes the following:  

1. Demonstrate use of protective clothing.
2. Identify tools required for tiling.
3. Check that the surface to be tiled is clean and level.
4. Apply adhesive to the surface to be tiled.
5. Press tiles into position.
6. Apply grouting into the spaces between tiles
7. Remove excess grout.
8. Polish tiles.
9. Clear and tidy the work area.
10. Dispose of waste materials appropriately.
