About this course
Six Sigma black belt has been created for individuals who are capable of explaining the principles and ideas behind the Six Sigma certification. Professionals can assign team members roles that suit their ability, show team leadership and recognise team dynamics. In addition, six sigma experts should have a good understanding of sections of the DMAIC model.
This FREE course is only available to adults that are eligible for a Personal Learning Account (PLA). Personal Learning Accounts, funded by the Welsh Government, are available to employed adults living in Wales that wish to develop skills to progress or change career.

- Identify information on designing experiments and using control charts.
- Delegates will be able to use improvement wheels and cycle time efficiently.
- Master in six sigma methodology and process improvement tools.
