About this course

As a CompTIA Network+ certified professional, you’ll be able to develop a career in IT infrastructure, responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and managing networks.

The CompTIA Network+ is a comprehensive e-learning programme including lessons and practical activities which you can revisit as often as required.

This certification provides job-ready skills that employers are looking for, helping you to fast-track your career in IT.

The programme requires approximately 37 hours, accessed flexibly in line with personal study patterns.

Delegates will have 6 months to complete from enrolment date. Course start dates are arranged directly with ALS Training once funding has been approved.

CompTIA Network+ Exam Details


Exam: Code N10-009

CompTIA Network+ N10-009 has been updated and reorganised to address the current networking technologies with expanded coverage of several domains. CompTIA Network+ validates the technical skills needed to securely establish, maintain and troubleshoot the essential networks that businesses rely on.

Exam Format - Multiple-choice and performance-based.

Number of questions - Maximum of 90.

Duration - 90 minutes.

Your enrolment includes practice labs.

Pass Mark - 720/900 (80%).

Entry requirements

CompTIA A+ certification and/or a minimum of 9-12 months of hands-on experience working in a junior network administrator/network support technician job role.
