About this course

Our Italian cookery course will instruct you how to make some of the best traditional Italian meals.

On the Italian cookery course we will share with you the best ingredients you need to make the perfect dish. You will also learn what tools and techniques are best utilised to achieve authentic Italian cuisine.

What you will study

Samples of the recipes you will actually cook are:-

  • Minestrone
  • Calamari with fresh Mayonnaise
  • Fresh Pasta
  • Rich Fresh Tomato Sauce
  • Ravioli filled with Amaretti Sweet Potato
  • Focaccia
  • Panacotta with Fresh Berries
