ACS CCN1 Re-assessment

About this course

This ACS Gas Re-assessment (with CPA1) is aimed at those who have already taken the CCN1 assessment previously and are looking to renew their gas safety certificate.

Delegates will be required to provide evidence of their previous certificate in order to be able to sit the re-assessment.

Delegates must have achieved their CCN1 within the last five years to be able to sit the re-assessment. There is also a 12 month period after the five years where candidates can sit this assessment, however they must not be practicing at the time.

What you will study

Assessments consist of a combination of theory and practical work in the following areas:

Gas Legislation
Actions and procedures
Combustion
Ventilation
Installation
Meter regulations
Unsafe situations and emergency isolation
Appliance burner pressure and gas rates
Flue testing

On successful completion, BPEC Certification Ltd will upload the assessment results to the Gas Safe Register
