Cardiff and Vale College’s Board of Governors works with the College to steer all aspects of College activities, as the Cardiff and Vale College Corporation.

The Governors are drawn from many areas of the community and from the local government, education and business sectors.

Governors provide their services to the College in a voluntary capacity, taking no salary, and attend committees on a regular basis to scrutinise Cardiff and Vale College’s plans, performance and activities, providing valuable expertise and experience to help the College achieve its mission and strategic objectives.

As well as the Governors recruited from outside the College, there are also two student Governors and two Governors representing members of staff.
